  • The ad showed big products and have given small samples.
    • The products shown in the ads are for illustrative purposes only. SmartPick curates products as per the consumer profile and a box of free samples is delivered to your doorstep.

  • Why is my pin-code not available?
    • Smartpick is currently available in select pin-codes only, we might not be servicing your pincode/ area at this moment. But do not worry, we have taken a note of your area.

    • SmartPick team apologises for the same. The sample box cannot be replaced as these sample products are free of cost.
